Starting mediation prior to your wedding.
Scheduling the habit mediation is as equally important as scheduling in exercise, you don't need a special place to do it. Just some time to sit quietly.
Free apps to use for guided meditations.
I personally use the app Insight Timer and follow the different meditations based on my different needs at the time, I'll listen to night time mediations for sleep, or on days that are particularly stressful ill listen to meditations on stress and anxiety some other free apps are Unplug & Headspace.
